SOCO Update

For my SOCO tent visitors: I will not be on Congress this weekend, due to the awesome fact that I've sold most of my inventory. Thanks to everyone for their support! Custom Cedar Chest - Part 2

Finally! I'm able to post some progress on the custom chest I've been working on! It's definitely a labor of love, but now that I've gotten through the grunt work (sanding, wood filling, and spray painting)-I'm really getting in the groove! It depicts my friends, Roman & Jana with their doggies, as a "Dia de los Muertos" family! The whole chest is a chocolate brown color, with lots of vibrant color added. This is the lid, I still have the sides to complete, and I'll post those pics when I get there...phew!

New Studio Shelving!!

All you creative ones living in chaos will appreciate this...I'm getting new, custom built shelving in my art studio!!! My boyfriend and his Dad are building them for me, don't they rock?! I'm so excited! I have sooo many craft supplies and machines, that I was getting buried alive. I'll finally have a refreshing, organized space to work in. I think it will really help my productivity and focus! I've been painting with my projects in my lap, hunched over the coffee table. My back has been very angry with me, to say the least. I can't stand clutter, and now organization will reign! MWAAAHAHAHA (insert crazed laughter and glee here)!
